Anything from a protein shake to a apple and peanut butter, oatmeal with some granola and peanut butter, acai bowl, or a bagel and cream cheese.

Usually 2-3 eggs and either turkey sa usage or bacon, and a vitamix fruit smoothie.

Or

Smoothie and egg mcmuffin. Depends on my time schedule.

Big glass of milk while getting ready for work. Usually 1%.

Gigantic cup of black coffee once at the office.

On the weekend I just get whatever my hungover body is craving whenever I regain consciousness.

Cereal every morning

I put my cereal in a cup with milk so that it's easier to eat it while walking around and getting my shite done in the morning. Easier to drink the milk after as well. I have to eat in the morning or I won't make it until lunch. If I run or something in the morning, I'll grab a clif bar or granola bar on the way into the office instead.

Cook some good quality bacon then cook kale, mushrooms, onions, various peppers, and eggs in the grease. Wrap in a wheat tortilla with a little hummus spread and top with avocados

Or oatmeal with fresh fruit when in a hurry

I usually eat high protein granola cereal (with nuts) and a couple bananas. I use 2% milk. I then drink coffee.

I normally drink an entire bottle of water before eating, though.

This is all around 4:30 am. I eat a pre-lunch, a big lunch, a snack, then dinner.

I am basically a hobbit...except I am a 5'9" buff hobit.

I usually don't eat breakfast but I have a test this morning so I wanted something in my stomach for my brain. I went to Waffle House an ordered an All-Star, I didn't touch it. My vyvanse kicked in before I got my food and I totally lost my appetite. So I'm steady mobbing on a X-Large coffee from Circle K and a Cool Blue Gatorade, the one with the sippy top looking thing. I'm getting ready to goto battle with this exam so I thought my drink needed to fit the billing.

I have about a 35 minute commute to work, where we have a gym. Before I leave I eat an Oatmeal chocolate chip muffin and drink a cup of coffee on the ride in. After the workout I eat:
- 2 egg whites with guacamole
- greek yogurt
- protein powder

Fitbit calculates that at 626 calories consumed with 1461 burned so far today. I feel like that gives me the energy needed for the gym (and protein needed after the workout) and sets me up with a nice calorie cushion for the remainder of the day.

I'm trying to get away from the Jack's biscuits but I'm usually on the go

If you're really on the go, your only other options are prepackaged cereal bars, muffins, etc. Most are crap.

You could carry a couple of peeled, boiled eggs with you or some fruit.

Or just stick with Jack's. There isn't a better biscuit to go anywhere.

A quick, healthy, and filling breakfast that I usually turn to is mashing a hard-boiled egg and half of an avocado together and spreading it on two pieces of multi-grain toast, topped with hot sauce.

To make the process quicker, hard-boil some eggs the night before; it takes very little effort.
