Here's what happened: a white cop killed George Floyd, so now no more Super Bowl acts can ever be white again unless you pay Jay Z off.
They may be able to squeeze Post Malone in there for a small fee. That's the best you can get though. I'm sorry. You should probably start learning Spanish. Or Arabic.

The musicians are still there they just currently play a different type of music. Go check out some of the "blue grass" bands now of days. They play more rock and roll than country.

Kid Rock coming out to bawitdabaw was pretty badass, even if most of it was over a track. His last song was incredible.

He could have easily had Kendrick Lamar do this years half time show - west coast guy doing a west coast game (or even next years in LA). Which would have freed up last years performance to Nola/LA guys - Lil Wayne & Rebirth Brass bad or something like that would have killed it - but Jay Z is an idiot.
