Not really, but a cool shot with the snowy smokies... they look like this today.

Overall I’d say Seattle
Best in the South - Atlanta
Most underrated - Louisville

for skybar views ... Bangkok is amazing.
Shanghai and Hong Kong (both in person recently) are amazing
Pittsburgh coming over the bridges is special (just there for 5 months)
San Diego is a terrible answer ... all the buildings are short and downtown is terrible. LA is a much better skyline .. much. Especially from say Pasadena or Dodger Stadium.

Chicago’s is quite distinct. NYC too.
Love me some Nola but its skyline ain’t all dat. Don’t love me some Houston but tip of hat for its skyline (coming south on I-45).
Now do Asia.
Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore…

I've been trashed on the top floor of that tallest green building.
Top floor is City Club, which is a private dining club and you can rent it out for events. You can see all the way to Fort Worth from up there.

I had an office on the 26th floor of the Trammel Crowe building, my company had our Christmas party at The City Club.
My wife and I stayed downtown and got hammered.

Chicago is my favorite followed by New York.
Since I am a Ohio boy, I like coming around the corner (I75) in Newport Kentucky and boom, there’s Cincinnati

Been there and sure the landscape around is great but the buildings themselves are ugly at least up close.
Pittsburgh coming out of a bridge tunnel is not huge but really cool

Visually impressive like Atlanta when driving in from the west and you crest a hill and the whole city is just there in front of you.
I know where you’re talking about. It is cool when you crest that hill and you see downtown and Buckhead comes into view as you’re descending too. It’s over in about 30 seconds though.
There’s a decent view of downtown coming from the airport too, but it’s even more brief.
