Not animation. Game footage.
Theres a piece of software sold by Valve called Gary’s Mod, it has the same game engine from Half Life 2. It's whats called a “sandbox app”. It allows you do pretty much whatever you like with game models. The Skibidi Toilet stuff you see is capture footage.
