24 in early 90s. Today they pretty much know what's exactly on test and teachers and prep books prepare for it. That's why the scores are alot higher these days.

you're ranked against your peers. ACT percentiles haven't changed since the exam was changed to a 36 point scale in 1989. Sorry buddy.

I didn’t read a single question, I made a zig zag design on the answer sheet and walked away with a 14. When I took it colleges only required that you had a score. I took mine the morning after my Sr. prom. I didn’t go to sleep that night and I threw my final beer of that night/morning into the trash can outside the building as I walked to the building where I took the exam.
