They will get hammered at the beach, meet some guys they want to hookup with who will come back and trash the condo, then your credit card gets hit with the damages while they get kicked out early with no refund due to being underage.
It's an annual spring break story as old as time.
If you are able to escape with just the damage charges and no grandkids, be happy.

You should check the rental agreement and make sure that it doesn’t stipulate that a person 25+ must be present when the property is occupied - you know, like a real chaperone.
Kids are getting kicked out of houses left and right when the rental company stops by and there is no adult. You won’t get your money back, either.
