Always make them send a recent dexa scan report notarized no earlier than 2 weeks prior to meeting. This is non negotiable.

Women make the mistake of thinking men want recent STD test reports when dexa scans are what they really need to see.

You ever meet Realtors face to face? Many of the women will go to places like "Glamor Shots" and get their pics taken to put on their business card and in ads in the paper. Meet them in real time and it's often like night and day.
Still using that pic they took at 35 and now pushing 50.............

There is a big one in east Florida that still uses a glamour shot from I’m pretty sure the early 90’s!

This has long been a thing--even going back to the AOL days. Never understood why people do this when an IRL meeting is imminent. I couldn't imagine showing up and seeing an obviously disappointed expression on someone's face.
