not now.. no

before the stroke my house was always exceptionally clean

there might easily be woman over and I wanted to do nasty things to the last vestiges of class and dignity

a sweet spot of Republican politics in Texas the last 40 years I was riding a 100 foot wave

Check the breaker.

Or element could be broken (if electric)

Or do you have gas water heater?

If it goes out suddenly, it’s a capacitor or contactor. Cheap and easy but you can shock the shite out of yourself so proceed carefully.

Happend lasr Saturday night.
The outside comperser unit needed a pace maker/capacitor.
9pm on a weekend night and was only $480.

Well worth it to not sweat like a whore in church.

I had to shell out $2200 for a 50 gal electric heater.

New one has a water leak sensor.

Check your drip pan. May need to siphon out dry. Get the AC running for a while

Yeah it won't be fun. Thankfully my house is only 1k sf so it's a small unit.

Home Depot and spend a $1000

Wouldn't it cost less to go ahead and hire an AC company to fix it? I know they're outrageous on a holiday week end but a typical fail wouldn't cost a grand would it?

Well worth it to but the annual Service and maintenance contract. Mine is $125 per unit and AC company comes twice per year- summer/winter checks. I am at top of list on weekends and if goes out and I don't have to pay outrageous emergency fee.
