It’s all cyclical. Wait till the kids are off to college and out of the house. Several empty nesters I know are living their best lives with good food, traveling and partying.

Well, we did have kids relatively young so if the youngest leaves the house at 18 I'll only be 47. My wife is a few years older than me.
