Well, we really don’t absorb cholesterol that well, most cholesterol isn’t dietary, it’s made in your liver by an enzyme call HMG Co A reductase, so I can see why this study says this, lol...

Like everything in life, the secret is always in MODERATION... You can overdo anything, and Lord knows we love to overdo portion sizes in America, and meat in particular, all while focusing very little attention to vegetables.

Everything in moderation is the key. No need for special diets, etc. Enjoy your life and have a burger or chocolate sundae once in a while, just not every day.
