Hogan, HBK, Austin, Cena
Let me explain Michaels….the reason he is always on mine is because he carried WWE when Hogan left. If not for him WWF/E probably would have went bankrupt.

Hogan and Undertaker on level 1
Rock and stone cold on level 2
Macho Man, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels on level 3
Special recognition must go to Goldberg, for a few years the guy was the most exciting guy in the ring and everybody was tuned in to see him spear somebody

Hogan, undertaker, Austin , the rock.
I know cena, cody, and Roman reigns have been big in the previous decade or so but they just seem like lesser versions of the above personalities.
As a little kid in the late 80s, early 90s the Rockers were absolutely my favorite thing going but it was very short lived.
I always kinda considered flair as transcending all of wrestling and not so much wwe like the others.

To be fair it’s now been e for 23 years. It was f for 24. Time flies. I remember when they changed it.

No way to limit to 4. I like your list but damn it sucks to leave out Rock and even HHH. Not to mention HBK.

Wou asked about WWE. WWF became WWE in 02, so I'll give mine for this century.
Roman Reigns
John Cena
The Rock
Brock Lesnar

Those are the guys that carried the company for 30 years. Add Roman to the list when you make a 5th spot.

Andre, Hogan, the Rock for sure. I gotta go with Flair in the fourth spot.

I'm fifty one years old and I'll fight any sumbitch on here that leaves off the Giant. He's the first one on the mountain.
I'm gonna need a Von Erich memorial somewhere as well. Not on Rushmore, maybe like the Korean War memorial.

I have always hated Hogan. Rick Flair and Macho Man would definitely be on mine. Stone Cold and maybe Mick Foley.

Andre
Hulk
Macho
Sting (wcw icon)
off the top of my head 20 minutes after waking up. On my second sip of coffee.
eta: You gotta have the Nature boy
HBK
Taker is certainly in the discussion
Personal favorite Scott Hall
Rock and Stone cold for that era/run
Way too difficult to narrow it to 4
