Aunt has a few..one is super sweet, one is an annoying sob that doesn't stop barking..and the other is somewhere in between. All of em have back issues.

Friend of mine has two. I stayed at his house for a week while I was moving. The dogs pooped and pissed in the house every time the owner left, if given enough time they would eat the turd. They had professional training and a doggie door.

Mini dachshunds are scaled down from the standard breed, which was ~30-35 lbs and rarely seen anymore, but are still tough little hombres.

We have a long-hair dachshund and blue healer mix. She's the sweetest dog I've ever owned. I take her fishing with me every weekend. Great dog.

Vindictive, angry breed. Have one. This dog shits in the house withing 30 seconds of any one of us walking out. She's house trained, and pad trained, too. Smart dog, but shits the second she thinks no one is watching.
