Wiki one last question....

Ive heard from some that the sheer amount of electricity/power that is needed to continue scaling this isn't sustainable. how will this be dealt with?

Does taking a chance, and luckily being right, on a new technology make a person a financial whiz?

Speaking for myself -- Silk Road. I remember twice per month sending my guy 100-130 btc when it was under $10 circa 2012.

Those fricking QPs cost me around $2 mil each.. FML...

I know this should have been obvious immediately, but I just realized the potential for hundreds of drug dealers and other shady characters who are rich AF right now if they kept some funds in BTC.

And here I am working 50 hours a week for fractions of a bitcoin a day.

Just recently learned that an uncle-in-law (?) has all his family land in Many, LA for this. Apparently has been clearing it every so often for decades. Always wondered where their extra excessive income came from. Makes sense now.

Yea its a good source. The plots he has are a long term 25 year plot and a 10 or 15 year short plot. Rinse and repeat.

You need some wood or something?

I wouldn’t say couldn’t grasp.

I, as a detractor of crypto, think the Blockchain as I understand it is the real value.

I think the cryptos will take turns being the stars. I think they will come and go, like MLM schemes, and there are too many of them to try to pick a long term winner, if there ever is one

ETA: this is me saying I didn’t see the value in Blockchain in 2014

Nooo

I got back too late

Wiki I just want to say this. I wasn’t around for your threads but recently got into crypto and have seen people talk about you. It’s crazy to see you aren’t just a myth. You also seem like a really cool dude. Glad you made your millions and thanks for dropping in. Hopefully in 4 years there will be a few more millionaires from crypto(me included) oh and hopefully they have a few new big Tittied LLOTOT that you can prey on

Way late but props. I’m always fascinated by folks who were at the right place at the right time with the requisite courage to take a chance and be rewarded. Pretty cool of you to drop back in.

Great thread.
