If I was a cop in this situation I would be thinking "what can I do with this one that will get a good laugh from the boys at the station". And I would be tempted to ask "ma'am have you been drinking? I am going to have to do some preliminary testing. See this pen? I am going to need you to follow it with your eyes as a move it" "Now, I am going to need you to look in the opposite direction with each eye".. And I don't care if I have something someone can mess with me about, I probably made worst jokes than they can think of about it.. So don't tell me I am an a-hole..But that shite would be funny.
