No idea. I run multiple times a week but never time myself. I run just for the enjoyment

6:20ish in like 9th grade when I was like 120 lbs
ETA:
I've since grown about 9 inches so I'm sure if I got in shape, my long legs would allow me to break 6 minutes.
However, frick that. I hate running. Its boring.

Senior in HS, 6ft and weighted 150-something, was more of a sprinter/jumper but in a practice race I ran 4:58.5. I remember it vividly b/c I had to run under 66 the last 400 to break 5 minutes.
Today, if you gave me 6 months to train I maybe, maybe, could break 6, and it would hurt a lot.

At the end of AIT, I ran a 14:13 2-mile @ ~215lbs. I was 30.
I think my fastest 1 mile was a PT test in Kuwait. I ran the first mile in 6:30, finished the 2-mile at 14:21. I was between 223-230lbs.

Never timed a 1 mile run but when I was in the Army the best apft run was 13:27 2 mile run. So 6:43 avg mile was my best I was 6 ft 195 at that time.
