Even with his mass, from a physical strength standpoint, Shaq wouldn’t stand a chance against a fully grown male gorilla. No human would. Their strength compared to ours isn’t even close. Looking on Google AI, I see this:

A punch from a gorilla can generate up to 2,700 pounds of force, this is enough to shatter a human skull.

Thus, if Shaq tried to fight a fully grown male gorilla, the gorilla would inflict bites worse than those of a lion or just rip Shaq’s arm off and beat him to death with it.
