Easier access to land. Tons of property owned by timber companies. Lots of lease-able land

I live here too. We have 90 acres that we live and hunt on. It’s not a huge place but we can usually kill a few. The kids are growing up hunting and fishing and I love it.

I can’t get my wife to move to SW Miss for nothing. She grew up in Wilkinson Co. so she is a little sour on Miss.
