I'm good with that. My neighbor wanted to buy it from me recently and I turned him down cause mine isn't making this noise, lol.

His wallet was 8lbs lighter when he left

It's getting kind of ridiculous what these truck manufactures are doing to save 8lbs. First thing I do is add a tool box and toss a 150 lbs of shite inside it.

Another thing that drove me nuts about the F150 is the loud fricking electric fan . Sounded like a damn jet engine.

Just put a belt one back in.

They already removed the Etorque from production.

I searched Google, haven’t seen any mention of it.

Searched 5th Gen Rams forum, nothing.

Built a RAM this morning on RAM website and was able to select eTorque option.

What is your source?

Maybe it's back in production. I follow TFL Truck on YouTube. They bought a 2019 Rebel with the Etorque and did several tests and the mpg was no where near what it's rated at.

I don’t know the truth to it, but I read somewhere that every 100 lbs of cargo reduces your mileage by 0.1 mpg. They don’t care about just 8 lbs, but when you add this 8 lbs to 10 or 20 other parts they are reducing it might start to add up. You don’t simply lose 500 lbs in one change, the nickels and dimes eventually turn into dollars.

3.92 gears with aggressive AT tires will do that to any truck.

I've got a 2019 Ram crew cab 2wd. Traded a 2015 Ram infor this one and drove the 15
80k Miles no problems at all, it averaged 21.5 MPG. I was told the 19 would get better gas mileage, false. It averages 20mpg. The thing that sold me was the 8 speed Trans. Youdont feel it shift. Like the 19 better because the backseats fold flat and I carry stuff back there. 2019 came with tinted windows but that is all, 2015 they threw in a lot of free stuff. You can get better pricing in Missouri for some reason?

I’ve had awful luck with the Ram trucks we use on the farm but also isn’t the top end models.

Got a 2017 with 65k mikes on it. 3 fuel pumps, replaced front differential twice, and putting a transmission in it now
