Man, all of those disabled veterans who want to go to the gun range are going to be really bummed out. I know if I'd been sent home from Iraq after stepping on an IED, I'd be itching to get to the range, first thing!

I agree its all BS. I also don't think it will stand in the courts. They still could use braces, but now they will have to jump through the NFA hoop.

now everything i'm reading regarding NFA items and warrants is saying the ATF still needs a warrant
you’re right, I was mistaken. At the time I didn’t think they needed a warrant and they just wanted to see my stamps and two items so I brought them outside and showed them. I think someone at my job at that point in time said something and that’s what the visit was about

this guy already got approved for his pistol to SBR conversion.

apparently, this guy got trolled in his comment section so he came out with a "gotcha" video.

apparently, we're already in compliance with most things in the gun community.

- do you avoid background checks? probably not unless you're trading between buddies
- do you drill out a "giggle switch" in your AR-15 without permission? probably not
- do you build your own SBRs/SBSs/silencers without permission? probably not

we all know why we're upset about pistol braces. it was our way of avoiding a tax stamp. i'm willing to admit that since i'm not a disabled person. i doubt a majority of us here are disabled as well.

One of the guns the Nashville shooter had was a braced AR. Doesn’t look good for us. Judicial Committee delayed marking up a bill stopping the ATF’s rule. It probably doesn’t get signed either way, though.

If you watch the security video she only brought that but instead used a Keltec Sub 2000.

Means absolutely nothing with ongoing litigation. Motion has been filed for a nationwide injunction, the ATF is definitely on the ropes with this case as thereare so many ways to attack them.

That's one of at least three. Texas State AG filed one in another case (6:23-cv-000013) and there's one in N. Dakota.

Guns and Gadgets video…

He summarizes that the judge essentially says that we may win on summary judgement, but there wasn’t enough evidence to provide a preliminary injunction.

Question:

Is the price for the tax stamp still waived, Or has the time period expired?

May 31st is the deadline.

Does anyone realize that an atf registered firearm will be very, very hard to sell?

That's one of the appeals to buying guns, very good liquid asset that holds value.

Not so liquid when you have to wait for ATF approval...
