Gaston doesn't realize we aren't talking about the quality of his gun. We are just talking about how plain it looks. Sure it's a nice gun but very plain.

It's the same thing with the watches though, most people in that thread said no way they'd pay $800+ for such a plain looking watch. The style is the function though. ETA 2824-2 with some upgrades, steel case with external treatment, sapphire crystals on both sides, great dial and hands...at some point (outside of the auto movement) the mechanical design IS what it looks like, why it works so well is why it looks so sharp (to me).

if i had to choose, I like the sw m&p's. they look very nice.

the Glock is $519 or the M&P is $489.......that's pretty to me, since it doesn't really matter what a gun looks like, anyway.
