These are the rods I keep in my boat:
-2 buzzbaits
-punching setup
-light weight Texas rig
-heavier weight Texas rig
-2 hollow body frogs
-chatterbait
-spinnerbait
-crankbait
I use missile baits D bombs for punching and texas rigging. My spinnerbaits and chatterbaits are typically white or white/chartreuse. White frog on one rod, black on the other. Typically I can catch them on something, sometimes I’ll just have 5-6 rods laid out before I figure out what they want lol

I’m a fan of throwing a boat at bass, throwing a bank is hard

A chartreuse crank bait/rattle trap
A black jig with a blue or purple ribbon tail worm as a trailer
A black and white spinner bait/ buzz bait or chatter bait.
A green pumpkin brush hog
A gold stick bait
If I can’t snag one on one of the above, I’m fishing in a swimming pool.

Nice.
What do you use? I bring 3 casters and one spinner.
I have 1 Lews and 2 Shimanos. All with 20 lb fluorocarbon on 7’ rods.
Spinner is an abu Garcia with 12 lb

You fish in the summer?
Of course. Especially the ponds in the evening with my son. Just about everyday this summer we go out.
We’ve hit the river a few times.

When it comes to bass fishing, most people simply don't throw enough different lures out there. It's a weird species and just because you got them yesterday on a white spinnerbait, doesn't mean 2 hours later they still want the same thing.
I usually throw about 10 casts, and then change my lure to something else.
As far as what I throw? Everything in my tacklebox. Spinner, Rattletraps, worms fished every way possible, even the brand of worms sometimes makes a difference.

What do you use?
A bunch of different setups. I have 5 kistler rods, which are my favorites by far. I have a couple ducketts, I have a custom rod that I won in a raffle, my pitching rod is a duece rod, a falcon or 2. Reels are all over the place as well. Some curado dc’s, daiwa tatula’s, 13 concept A’s, a lews. I won a lot of my stuff on Facebook raffles so that’s what I use. My personal favorite setup is a kistler helium with a curado dc. If I was big into tournament fishing, that would be all of my setups.
