Noted, current external dimension are 22" W x 13" D x 14" H. We are evaluating exactly what your talking about, trying to hit the sweet spot considering dimensions, weight, and insulation thickness to determine capacity.

Why is the Kenai 45 so much cheaper than the Grizzly 40? Never mind I saw your answer in an earlier post. I bought it.
