I wonder how many kids would be alive if states enforced the red flag laws?
I wonder how many kids would be alive if the government did its job correctly and just enforced laws already on the books?
How many mass murder events have we had and found out a week later that the FBI or local LEO had contact with the murderer but didn’t do anything for one reason or another?

Common sense
Involves due process and the right thereof. But who cares about that pesky constitution? Am I rite comrade?
Unconstitutional bullshite, right up there with civil asset forfeiture. Red flag laws need to die in a fire.

That's exactly my point, these red flag laws are not being enforced

You don’t need to get to red flag laws.

AND we all know the ATF keeps 4473s. when by law they are supposed to be destroyed. They have been caught multiple times.
ATF is pushing electronic 4473 on LGS. Many big box have gone to it. My LGS refuses to do it. Their ATF compliance chick was photo copying their 4473’s with her phone. They caught her and reported her to the SAC in BR. I doubt anything happened to her but that’s against the law.

i find it pretty humorous that the "give an inch they'll take a mile" argument is so frequent when it comes to gun rights, while the firearm industry consistently and deliberately does that exact same thing...
2A was the inch in 1789. bump stocks, braces, 100 round drums, etc are the mile
Oof.

If you are psychotic you don't get to have a gun. Common sense
Weird that you don't want transgenders to have guns.

You would be wrong
In 1718, James Puckle invented and patented what was essentially a machine gun.
the Puckle gun “had a pre-loaded cylinder which held 11 charges and could fire 63 shots in seven minutes
Anyone who could afford it could buy one. This was the prelude to the Gatling gun. Gatling based his design from Puckle’s gun.
You should go read James Madison’s Federlist Papers #46.
Here is an excerpt
quote:
Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of. Notwithstanding the military establishments in the several kingdoms of Europe, which are carried as far as the public resources will bear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.

For someone who protests that you're not really a progressive or liberal, you sure do parrot the company line pretty consistently.
