That's worst case scenario/2035 long term management plan.

I think the camp is salvageable. I've stayed in worse than the condition it is now.

My god, think of the wasp nests during the spring and summer!

Seriously though, that looks like a great fixer upper. Congrats and good luck! And as someone else said, be careful when pulling things apart. You could cause more damage than you intend and end up hurting yourself too. I'd make sure that dock is strong and strengthened to avoid collapse into the water. It looks quite old.

It's sketchy for sure. The walkway from the land out to it has collapsed. You have to wade with knee boots the first 10-15 feet or so to get the the good part and get out on it.

You just don't have the eye for what it can be.

I'm thinking about covering all the interior walls in wood paneling to hide all the imperfections. Redo the floors with new decking and vinyl flooring. Pull out the ceiling panels and sheet rock it like they started in the bedroom. That would solve 95% of the interior aesthetics.

Dude, this is the OB. We need mud rooms with floor drains, a green egg XL, pellet smokers, full bar, granite tops, servants, marble shitters, bidet's, powder room, 10,000 SF shed to park ATV's/UTV's, etc. and so forth, you get it.

Flathead fishing on Bistineau is a hidden secret. Have a friend who at one time would catch over 500 lbs a year on drop lines-then he go to old to do it. You will have to fight the moss now!!!
