Pretty much built it myself. Drew it out, bought the materials, did all the bends. Drove the pieces around to local welding shops until I found an aluminum welder willing to put it all together.

Here is my newest boat. Caravelle 23' Walk Around with 250HP Suzuki 4 Stroke & a Nissan 9.5 HP 4 Stroke Kicker engine. It has outriggers & a windlass.
My other boat is a 18' high sided duck boat with a 40HP Merc.

This is true but the next step up can get close to the "too much" line in some cases. Like Whodat said, the max speed i have recorded is 45mph @ 6000 rpms aired out to the max with 2 people. A 150hp set up like mine would push that boat to 60mph (they will do 52 off the showroom floor).
The 115 on my FIL H18 bass is perfect.
