Yes sir it is, you buy that cheap mossy oak crap and it fades after 1 wash. I’ve got the same Sitka clothing that still looks new after 4 years.

Drives me crazy when people brag about putting a drink down when they are out hunting with a firearm. It’s stupid and dangerous to drink anything when hunting with a loaded firearm.

Element Outdoors in Realtree Excape and Timber patterns. Stole it on the 75% off sale somebody posted here back during spring or early summer this year.

Whatever is in the closet, been going back to as much of my old hand me downs in the old school bottomland and Vietnam Tom but where I deer hunt it doesnt matter but for ducks, bottomland seems to be the best option but then again I don't overthink it.

That would be me. I can’t complain at all. I’m currently in a tree wearing the early season Realtree Excape hoping to catch something slipping.

Whatever makes you feel better about spending all that money.

They have some nice stuff but it’s overpriced and not necessary for Louisiana.

I’ve had the opportunity to use the outfitter discount and it’s still overpriced.

I'll send a pic of my B&C kill on our no fence private land, with my Yeti filled with Basil Haydens next to it.

I have two sets of under armour camo for early season. One is the woodland pattern and the other is real tree xtra. The lightweight tops with hoods. I have sweatshirts in both patterns if it starts to turn colder. Over the years I’ve had great luck buying stuff on sale so I’ve built a system spending way less than sticker. I have some mossy oak bins and jacket and pair of rocky 500g boots if there ever is a winter in SELA where I’d actually need them.

I haven’t hunted in cold enough weather in years for me to worry about nice cold weather gear for deer, although I did splurge and bought Sitka for ducks when I had a 40% code last year. Got an early season set for teal and a heavier stuff for big ducks. Wife bought me a cabelas jacket that’s layered for ducks a few years ago.

I have a set of firstlite but I hate it. It was stupid expensive and I just don’t see the appeal vs Sitka. I’ve never worn Kuiu, but seen it at shows and it seems like it’s legit.

Assuming you're hunting MS/LA, whatever is cheapest.
