Louisiana silk worms?

Seems like these guys came out of no where on one of my blueberry bushes. What are they and how can I get rid of them? Located in south Louisiana. Thanks baws.

Grew up calling them web worms.

Wrap the end of a stick in cloth, wet it with a flammable liquid and roast them! Kinda satisfying in a way.
