What area in SW MS are you hunting that this guy is famous? Sounds like he was trying to meet a quota on ticket writing.

Hesitant to get too specific as to my location on the internet. I had the camera pointed at the corn feeder and the pile of mo buck was a little ways down. Could have eluded the camera easily.

Feed must be stored above ground. Spinner, gravity, troughs all legal. No distance regulation. Only attractant that can be dispensed on the ground is minerals in block or powder form. Really simple.

Warden I know usually visit repeat offenders opening weekend from my experience. Only hearing one side of the story.

A thermal scope, even a hand held like the Leupold LTO Tracker, can help spot them
