Is that competitive pricing for non-chrome?
ETA: it’s probably a Ballistic Advantage barrel with Aero markings. Which is fine.

Was drinking some willet purple top tonight.
That’s .300blk upper SBR. Scope was supposed to come in tonight for it but looking like it will be tomorrow. I’ll throw up some pics when I get it mounted.

No, not really.
You can get an FN CHF Chromed barrel for about the same price if you catch ait right.
Geissele used to have that same price as their intro price for their CHF Chrome barrels, but now they raised them to $330+ (typical G overcharging, though).
Centurion CHF Chrome barrels are $270 with a 10% promo code and those are some of the very best CHF barrels made.
Some ppl claim they are sub-MOA.
I've seen their 556 LW profile get about 1.3 MOA w/5 shot groups.

Anyone know of a place where to buy a suppressor in installments while it’s in jail?
If you mean jail with conjugal visits, I don't
But if you just mean installments while waiting on your stamp, Capital Armory will do that for a fee I think (I haven't done it but I think it's like 25 dollars or something around there)

I’m pretty sure if you’re going the payment plan route, you still have to pay for the stamp in full ($200) up front

Offhand, I would THINK there may be a similar deal with suppressors.

For a non-auto weapon I don't see a single advantage in chrome-lined. Most people think melonite is "worse" because it's cheaper, but sticking with a technology because the military chose it 50 years ago doesn't make much sense to me.
FWIW, I don't own a melonite barrel yet so this isn't fanboy talk. I have chrome-lined and stainless, but melonite would be my next purchase based on everything I've read, and I do have some materials knowledge under my belt although it's not my specialty..

PSA teasing some H&R retro rifles. Look like 14.5 pin and weld w/ integral carry handle. Want.

Garand Thumb moved his entire operation to Idaho because he saw this coming over a year ago.
He was previously based in Washington.

How can they ban assault weapons when the head of atf can't define them?
Posted on 4/26/23 at 11:21 pm to Jack Ruby
Rainier Arms moved to KS and Aero Precision bought Ballistic Advantage in FL.
