ST's calling sounded like a mallard in a choke hold. I confidently attribute about 90% of our success on the other end of the lake to him flaring ducks.

Everyone crashed. Snoring has commenced and is rattling the paint off the walls in this farm house. ST cooked up some seafood gumbo that was pretty damn good but had to add a little Tabasco to spice it up. We shared some with the land owners who approached the blue crabs like they had ebola. Lol.
We will be rising at 545 to prep for am hunt and hopefully wack the ducks and geese again in the am. Then off to rooster hunt at 11am.
Followed by rabbit hunting if there is time and some whisky drinking and LSU watching tomorrow evening.
What a great bunch of guys we have up here. It's been a blast so far.

Getting ready for day 2, warmed up a bit from last night, the wind is light and sky is clear. Hopefully one of these guys breaks out their badass cameras and gets some pics. Those greenheads will be shining in the sun.
