Dang man, you need to stop and fill up your appreciation tank on the way home.
FTR, my Thursday trout were caught exactly 75 yds west of turners island.

Damn man was just busting ya balls and messing with ya, we do that a lot around here
I could’ve been more than helpful if you would’ve just ask to email you some pins but nobody around here is just gonna drop their pins all over this site!
but since you decided to go full dick head
Good luck to ya and go figure it out
maybe one day someone will ask you for your pins...

I’m messing as well brother. Think the other guy jump on it like I was mad. We had a camp in PAC all my life so know the area like the back of my hand. No hard feelings here man.
Send me your email and we can talk about the spots we know.

Did well down south. Woke up late, got rained on, but the fish were there. Alos had a dog eat rat poison at the camp and get a treble hook through his nose. talk about an adventure. Dog must have 9 lives like a cat.

So jealous of seeing the LA reports......we’re headed back to Jamaica Beach this weekend and will hit West Galveston Bay. The wind has been insane and bay rough as hell. Caught a few 2 weeks ago but damned weather.
ETA: grew up fishing PAC, Cocodrie, etc. so, I know what I’m missing.
This weekend weather looks very promising. Fishing forecast is optimistic as well.
Least I’ll catch a drunk

You people are making me want to buy a kayak and get some exercise.
Posted on 4/22/20 at 11:20 am to Janky
I can do a 10 mile trip with pedal drive. It is good exercise.

Where do you keep your fish in a kayak?
Posted on 4/22/20 at 11:29 am to Janky
i carry an ice chest behind my seat. one of those small 25 quart ones. it fits perfect and still have room behind it for my milk crate

Tons of options, most use some sort of soft sided cooler, I use a AO Cooler 36 can, it'll hold plenty of fish and keeps ice really well. Or on days where the weather is cooler or I know I won't be keeping many fish(or catching many for that point), I've been using a stringer.
Posted on 4/22/20 at 11:44 am to YOURADHERE
last time i used a stringer a small shark tore up 2 of my trout. was surprised TBH
Posted on 4/22/20 at 11:47 am to Nado Jenkins83
I haven't had any trouble yet, though I'm sure one day I will. I don't use it often but sometimes it's nice to not have the added 20lb or so of the fish bag. Then when I want to move and cover some distance I just flip the stringer up onto the deck.

I was pissed because I had caught keeper trout in weeks and was already planning on how I was going to prepare them that evening
