I’ve got a 1995 Xi. It has a machined aluminum riser!!! Had about a 5” overdraw at one time. Those short arrows lasted forever.

Have you shot any of the new bows?
Several times over the years. They’re awesome and I don’t fault anyone for trading up.
I always stick with my old Bowtech. There’s just something that feels right about it.

I remember those ,,, Myles Keller shot them. 1990 or so I had an alpine sierra magnum with 80# limbs shooting an overdraw. Slinging a 25in Easton super light,, I think it was a 2314 with a 125 muzzy. Sucker sounded like a 30-06 when you touched it off but would blow through both shoulders of a deer and probably any Cape buffalo I crossed in south Louisiana!!

My first bow was an XI impact. Loved that thing. XI also came out with the first parallel limb bow. They failed due to being too far ahead of their time and Mathews figuring out how to brainwash everyone.
