What’s your “out of the lower 48” bucket list hunt?

I live in the West where I’m lucky to chase Mule deer, whitetail, elk, bear, Pronghorn then once in a lifetime like Goat, Sheep, and Moose (if I ever draw) all on public land.
But what are some of your bucket list hunts that don’t include those rascals here in the lower 48?
I dream often, and plan financially as best I can. Im in my mid 30s so kids are still young but have a fund going and try to save every penny I can with the idea that some day in my 40s and 50s I’ll do the following
Scotland - Red Stag, Fallow, Roe
Spain- Beceite Ibex, Gredos Ibex, and Chamois
Africa - Waterbuck, Red Hartebeest, Impala, Springbok, Warthog, Kudu etc but nothing too crazy
NZ- Tahr and Chamois
Alaska - Sitka Blacktail (potentially 2026 on the horizon) Caribou, Moose
I’ve resigned to myself that I won’t ever be a global Sheep hunter. Those prices are just absurd these days. I think if I get lucky enough to draw a resident Colorado Bighorn tag that’s it for me as far as Sheep goes. Maybe an Audodad in West Texas at some point, but kids and family just dictate so much for me right now.
But I can dream and plan as best I can! What are some of y’all’s? Who’s got something big on the horizon?

I'd like to hunt scrub bulls with a bow in Australia
I had to call customer service a while back for a product that was made in Australia and ended up talking to the baw for an hour about their hunting. He made it sound like a good time.

That’s a good one, I’ve got an obsession with killing every deer I can in the world. Australia has some good Sambar deer hunting. Those water buffalo are monsters too

Dall sheep in Alaska
Cape Buffalo in Africa (Tanzania)
Horseback hunt for caribou or elk in Alaska
All are dreams and won't happen unless I find the winning powerball ticket blowing through a parking lot.

Backcountry wall tent on horseback for elk and mule deer- going in three weeks.
Backcountry public land diy Montana- bought a point last year and buying one this year hopefully draw in 2025.
Mountain goat mountain caribou- 2027/2030.
Kids are almost grown and had several good friends pass talking about going on a trip “one day” .
Decided I was gonna get in shape down 30+ pounds from 250 to 215 and decided one day is now and not going in debt for the trips but instead of putting more money aside to retire early just gonna budget a couple grand each year for trips and work till I can’t work anymore.

Good for you man, live while you can. Too many men deny themselves their dreams their whole life and end up as bitter old men.

I am fortunate enough to have done my bucket list hunt, thanks to my best friend, he “made me book it with him” 3 years in advance and just told me everything would work out and it did
10 day Alaskan moose float hunt, ended up taking a Booner Bull and had an amazing experience, cost a fortune but no regrets, planning so far in advance I was able to budget it and aquire gear over time

My bucket list was to kill a bighorn ram and a bull elk. Mission accomplished.
Daydream used to be Marco Polo ram.
I’m living my dream right now. Retired with good enough health to enjoy Madison Parish. About time to head to the stand.

Locations do not matter to me.
Big Horn sheep (ram). And a helicopter hog shoot.
