No!
Having to look down and hide your face to keep from flaring ducks and tucking your nose into that orfice of neoprene spewing forth duck gut and boudin stench has to be the worst!!

When I take some sports who have never hunted my blind and ask if they need to wear boots. Depends on temperature but mostly just penny loafers will do with a cami hat and shirt/jacket.

A down puffy on sale is 200$ if it last ten years (mine is on five )

The Eddie Bauer packable down puffy is $35 at Sam's, mine is on year 4 or 5. I'm all for premium camo but this is one of my favorite pieces of hunting clothing. It isn't as durable a shell as some of the pricier ones but I'm only using it as a layer under a windproof layer. Once your current one craps out it's worth taking a look at.

I've noticed it's usually folks who only hunt a weekend or two a year or they're just a freak who really doesn't get cold.

I hunted this weekend in the panhandle for Sandhills Crane in ground/layout blinds. I wondered the same thing. All my hunting companions were decked out completely in camo and I was wearing some solid green Kuiu pants and a brown jacket. I felt a little out of place but I don’t see the point of it when I’m laying in a coffin covered with tumbleweeds.

My 8 year old nephew asked me this when we were hunting in a blind. I told him "because it's fun to wear camo."

Also, you don't mess up your other clothes with mud or blood.

Why do hunters that strictly hunt from blinds wear camouflage?

Because I have too many orange and red shirts.

I hunt from a blind a lot(more than my climber) I usually wear a black shirt since the inside is dark.. I wear these thick camo overalls because they are warm with a black hoodie isually

Because every time I wear regular clothes they end up with blood stains all over them.
