Nice place on the water in Duck Key. In the Keys but away from the tourists somewhat.

Place in Eleuthera

Place in Patagonia.....I was blessed enough to go with a group & it's amazing....best blast & cast ever

Would love to have about 10,000 acres in the River Bottoms of South Arkansas. I would probably high fence it just to keep the rednecks down here out! (after all we are dreaming here... so might as well be ideal). Then I would use my newfound wealth to bring in some top notch genetics and manage that sucker for deer, ducks, and build a private lake full of Florida Strain bass. Might as well have some turkeys too.....
Hogs will likely be there anyway so include them in the list.

Something like this would probably work for me. 1000 acres near the Madison or some other great river.

Buy back the 4500 acres in Round Mountain, Texas that my asshat cousins have been selling off for the last 10 years. I'd need about $30 million but it's been in the family since 1885 and if I had the money I would do it.

Upon further review I would probably buy the undeveloped BASF property surrounding the plant in Geismar. I think through the proper management you could pull a couple decent deer off of there a year.
