Mandatory Open Carry of Firearms by all citizens over the age of 18.
Outlaw concealed carry in all contexts (including by law enforcement)
Allow private businesses to ban firearms only if they provide security measures to reasonably ensure against weapons being brought onto the premises (security guards, metal detectors, etc).
Legalized Dueling (if two parties want to light each other up and agree in writing to do so while forfeiting all rights to sue one another or the location for damages or use insurance or entitlements to pay for their medical care, let them go ahead and blow each other away)
Every teacher being mandated to have a gun stored in their desk in a locked drawer they have the key to. Also, every teacher would be required to go through mandatory firearm and active shooter training.
Marksmanship and firearm safety and responsibility training made a part of the public school curriculum.
