For the curious, shooter's name and picture are now released. I'm not going to post it (personal belief to keep perpetrators nameless), but others are more than welcome to search.

They are saying this Seth Jacobson was fired from his job and was on the way to shoot up the workplace before he was pulled over. Apparently he had felonies from when he was 15.

What do you expect. We allowed the athiest to kick God out of our culture and created a dark vacuum only to be filled with demons.
The followers of Christ are not perfect, but Jesus the Christ gave us a model as to how we should live....to strive for....how we should treat our neighbor....and even our enemies.
All that civility evaporated into nothingness when we cursed God and told him to leave. He did. Now we witness infanticide, genocide, and massacres in our beloved America on a scale unprecedented in my lifetime.
It doesn't have to be that way. As a nation we can repent, declare a national day of prayer and fasting, and ask the God of Abraham to be merciful to us and heal our wounded country. In the meantime we should pray for the victims and their families. The families have much suffering and anguish of heart to endure.
It's our choice!
