The judge is complicit in the fraud. Probably getting campaign funds or free vacations.

I want fraud stopped.
But... I can see where completely cutting SNAP- to fraudsters and legitimate citizen users alike- would pose problems.

Just because right wing media declares “fraud” does not mean that there is fraud. This is just another emotional manipulation. Apparently you right wingers are addicted to this sort of fake outrage.

I hear ya Sally.... but, this is similar to the immigration issue. Once a problem is so far gone, there's no way to effectively understand nor get a handle on it other than to end it all and evaluate then fix the problem.
It's unfortunate for those who legitimately need it, but.....
Ya know the old saying, " rules/laws are made for the 2% that don't follow the existing rules/laws".

I do understand your logic... I just hate the idea of citizens in need being hung out to dry over fraudster immigrants.
And I know not ALL citizens taking SNAP are in honest need... but it sucks hard for those that are.

I mean there’s gotta be a way to do both - keep helping those that need and root out the fraud. This is 2026 for goodness sake, enforce the guide rails already in place and start the process now of requalifying or whatever, not this sawed off shotgun approach. My 2 cents.
