They are his sources. Well, he is his own source, firstly, but when he wants us to think he's NOT Eric, he'll post from other places. Keep us thrown off, you see.

She was a DEI hire and see what we got. They wanted a woman, not the best candidate.

This DEI hire is not panning out. Obama bought John Roberts, so that's 2 we cannot count on, when needed.

You stating so doesn't make it so. What is her voting record?
Someone did the homework for you in this thread already.
I'll side with the real conservatives on the court on this issue. I guess you think the 4 that voted differently are not as smart as Barrett?

The Epstien list is going to take care of Roberts.
Also, release the 2B and send in a team to track every penny and it's use.
My guess is they'll never allocate the money.

It's my understanding the payments are ordered for work done or services already rendered.

Does everyone forget that was a rush job because Biden won?

Why is always Republican appointments that do this. Souter, JP Steven’s, now Barrett. Democratic appointments are always a reliable liberal vote.

I almost certainly would have voted with the dissenters on this, but the attack on Barrett is unwarranted. This case is procedurally messy, and the majority decision is narrow. In fact, the majority points to "ongoing preliminary injunction proceedings" and instructs the District (lower) Court to "clarify what obligations the Government must fulfill to ensure compliance with the TRO, with due regard for the feasibility of any compliance timelines."
So, this case is still going on and could be presented in a different posture down the line after a preliminary injunction because PI's are appealable while TRO's are not. I ask the OP: will he take back the nasty things he said about Justice Barrett if she later votes in favor of the Government when it appeals the preliminary injunction?
(For those who care about questions of procedure, I very much agree with the footnote in the dissent that the Court needs to sharpen its jurisprudence on what is really a TRO as a opposed to a PI.).

Let's wait till we see how this shakes out, but yes, she hasn't been for the good guys overall.
I think whats in doubt is what is legally obligated to be paid and what isn't.
The smart guys need to figure out how to get this back in some type of form or pressure.

Why is Robert's still considered one of the non-liberal justices?

She was so hated by the left that when she had her swearing in ceremony, even the local news covered this event as a "super spreader" event. Very next segment, they gleefully covered so racial protest in some random city where buidlings were burned.
She is helping people who would kill her tomorrow if they could.

Vote to decrease SCOTUS salaries since we have to spend billions on BS. We simply can't afford it.

Totally disagree- this is one of the worst Court decisions I can recall.
Amy Commie Barrett has shown her true colors. Let's face it- she was appointed by Trump for one reason, her abortion stand! Now we see her background and she was not as conservative as we were led to believe.
Her decision to vote along with the liberal SCOTUS judges, was a tough blow to Trump and the American taxpayers!
