it;s very different. the supreme court is extremely important.

It is. Trump is 50% on the Supreme Court. I assume Biden could put up similar numbers.

Sure. Peddle that fear.

A "real" libertarian is someone who wishes to make no imposition one way or another of such laws on a national level, but is quite content to let localities decide just exactly kind of laws they want to have in place.

I once was trending libertarian. With the corporate monopolies ganging up against both the first and second amendment (aka human rights), I am now trending towards gutting out the swamp GOP and Globalist., so we an restore individualism, free speech, and other basic human rights. F these weak, swamp critters. Time for the silent majority to punch back.

Your local city/metro council representative has far more impact on the average person's life than their congressman, yet no one seems to give a frick. They would rather claw each other's eyes out over national elections that then shape houses of congress that get single digit approval ratings. It baffles me.

its not about the next four years. it's about laying the foundation of radical (black) feminist progressivism that will ultimately destroy this country.

i didn't think this would happen so soon but those cocksuckers who killed george floyd accelerated this about 25 years. if you can't see that something much bigger is going on right now, youre not paying attention

I could go for libertarian if they weren't for open illicit drug use with no consequences.

See that’s not an issue for me. I have no interest in drugs, but I’ll be damned if I get sick or struggling with some illness and I want to use a drug to ease my suffering or whatever and the government thinks they have a right to tell me what I can put in my own body. That’s not a free people my friend. Now, I think there needs to be consequences to anyone who does any harm to another as a result of that drug, especially minors, and they should be severe, but I don’t think it’s the government’s right to tell you what you can and cannot take into your body. That’s between you and God, or you and your conscience, but it’s not government’s business. You can pass legislation to prevent it from being marketed for all I care, but I don’t think you should make criminals out of people who use a drug for their own recreation or medicinal use.

Not even Supreme Court justices can agree on the proper school of constitutional interpretation, so... good luck?

If Biden wins, yes, life in the USA as we know it now will disappear. He is senile. You’re a smart guy. You’ve got to see it. He can’t manage his own check book, much less the White House. He’s going to be a puppet of the extreme left. If he wins, the constitutional republic we’ve had since 1789 will be dismantled and replaced with a socialist/communist regime.

That’s because at least four of them have no more regard for the constitution than the average person does to the “terms of service” when updating their phone.

I didn’t mind Obama at all but what is happening right now is unprecedented. Wild shite.

Cop out. Of the five conservative justices, there are at least three competing theories of interpretation.

He started the process, laid the groundwork. It was supposed to be complete after 2016 but that didn’t work.
