They do towards the bottom. It’s the 11th circuit. Someone said earlier 2 of the 3 justices were Trump appointed for whatever that is worth.

Perhaps I’m not following closely enough. I assumed anything the government argued was classified was going to be part of potential litigation.

What????? The doj has them, Trump had them, and the master has them now. Its what the FBI seized with an illegal warrant, and then stole personal documents to boot.

Trump’s own attorneys refuse to state he declassified, so you may want to watch those categorical statements. Everyone assumes these are crossfire hurricane docs, but neither Trump nor his attorneys have ever stated that. Big assumption on everyone’s part.

When I was looking for Obama's archived records (which I could not find) Yet Trumps exists & has his declassification of crossfire hurricane.
I found this. (DATED 02.15.2022-so this could be why Trump repeated the declassification order)

A President orders a massive declassification. AG Barr signed paperwork agreeing to 'be in charge' of backing up Trump's declassifications and adding to the order and declassifying others as needed.

So they are classified in technicality in a rubberstamp marking; because DOJ/DNI/CIA ignored the orders because the documents would have exposed them?

These are the judges Cocaine Mitch wanted. Bill Barr knows who is pulling the strings now. Trump got played very badly by his own people. He underestimated the swamp.
