Exactly, I'm by no means standing up for the numbnutted father and son but they aren't fully to blame it seems in this situation. I'm sure more is to learned in the coming weeks and we'll just wait and see I guess.

You keep forgetting that a hand gun was stolen, fishing equipment, and this guy has been snooping around. Plus the ex cop worked on one of his theft cases.
This had nothing to do with, checking out a construction site.
There is context and layers to this.
This guy did not get killed for jogging or just looking at construction.

Americans have to be lied to. We had to see this dude's innocent high school pictures and hear he was a jogger. They know Americans won't give two craps when it is guy with a criminal history, in an area where lots of theft happened recently and he is on camera casing out a construction site.
We had to be lied to because people wouldn't have cared when the truth was known. Now that people have already taken the bait that he was an innocent jogger gunned down by racists they won't change their mind. Mission accomplished by media.

I've gone into houses under construction in the neighborhood to look around. Done that since I was a kid. Don't steal anything or break anything, just to see what they are doing. I think a lot of people do that.

Agreed, so there should be no reason to pretend that it was anything more than that.
I keep seeing they killed him because they thought he stole, or they killed him in cold blood. Based on the video there's no evidence, and even counter-evidence, to that.
I see most people right now on opposite extremes making shite up.

I think it is reasonable for someone to approach you with a gun to ask wtf you are up to trespassing. What happens next is your call.
