Meh. Some people, like myself, was saying that yes, Babbit put herself in that situaion. But also acknowledged that the cop that shot her was not in any immediate danger especially considering the swat team behind her coming up the stairs.
Whilst in this scenario, the woman was actively assaulting an ICE agent, who's life was in danger.
The 2 aren't the same, as much as you want them to be.
One shooting was justified, the other was not.
One officer's life was in immediate danger, one was not.
Both victims put themselves in this position.
