Most of the cops had no interest in enforcing the lockdown orders and didn’t even bother to. Cops know the difference between some non violent person wanting to go to work and the violent thug in the video you posted.

Did the guy have an officers weapon when he was shot? Haven't been able to confirm that yet, trying to read up more.
