This is a made up number based on extending tax cuts. Ignore it.
Correct, you have to remember this is CBO scoring and does not take into account any external economic policies enacted by the Admin. It also doesn’t take into account any change in GDP

If they blow this I hope we do end up with Speaker Jeffries and they run about half this bunch off. As bad as that is, they deserve to be kicked out.

We shall see. It’s disgusting and should be criminal. Nowhere else in the world does this occur. Nobody is going to take me in and give me money, housing and healthcare.

I don't get the blind allegiance this board has for Trump. It's ok to not like everything he does. This bill is not what America needs. It's almost like someone is advising Trump that Debt is good and....well, nvm. I don't feel like catching a ban.

I don't get that you can’t understand it’s not about Trump. I DGAF who it is, as long as they aren’t pushing leftist, socialist, entitlement agendas.
If this fails, it’s not getting reworked and coming back better. The clowns in DC are the only ones immune to what happens, they laugh and continue to profit.

Trump campaigns on A, B, C and D. He wins in a mandate. So he wants to put them in a bill. The The House puts a bill together that adds $2.2 trillion to the deficit. Not perfect, but the tariff plan is another source of income that could offset it that $2.2 trillion.
Then it goes to Senate and gets absolutely demolished. I mean fricking cluster frick of epic proportions and they add $1.3 trillion to that figure, with no plan on on how to pay for it. There were ways around this like cutting Medicaid and Medicare fraud. And the Senate BYPASSED all of it and added more.
How is this blind allegiance to Trump again?

The bill is dead for the night

You are right it’s the house and Senate. Right now this is all a show. This is going to take a while as I see it.

Except, it is about Trump.
Until 5 minutes ago, Republicans always opposed big spending and increasing debt and rightly said it is unsustainable and will lead to insolvency. They rightly decried the Establishment Republicans like Lindsay Graham and others who incessantly voted in favor of such bills in the past and demanded the election of fiscally Conservative politicians who would oppose it. They rightly shite all over Democrats for increasing spending and wasteful spending and increasing debt.
Until…. Trump told them to pass an omnibus bill that increases spending and raises the debt.
Now, that’s completely turned on its head and they’re shitting all over and lying about Conservatives who oppose big, liberal, wasteful spending and increased debt- the very things they were against until Trump said otherwise.
They have no political philosophy or value or ideal except Trump worship and whatever Trump wants at any given moment.
If Trump reverses course on any ideal they currently claim to hold, they will reverse course right along with him and claim it was their position all along.
It’s precisely about Trump.

Trump is still pushing for passage of the Big Bloated Spending Bill, no?

Hes rooting for the Republicans to not frick it up....as we all are.

You just stated in your earlier post that the Senate Republicans already fricked it up (as if it wasn't fricked up, already).
So, you believe it's fricked up.
So.... is Trump still pushing its passage? And are you?

I have stated numerous times that if the Senate added $1.3 trillion to the already $2.2 trillion by the house, then it needs to go back to the drawing board.
But Im not going to act like Chip Roy and say it needs to be deficit neutral. That is never going to happen.
