So, black teenagers pretty much don't shoot lots of white guys over state lines....they just shoot each other by the bucket full every night in our major cities.
There is no racism involved at all...just stupidity and being gangster.
So how can you care more about 1 white dude shooting 3 people (all of them white, by the way) and scream racism, when literally hundreds of black folks are shot every weekend by other black folks.

I can't imagine being an adult and complaining openly about an outcome of something that has no actual impact on my day to day life. Especially complaining about "racism" when there's plenty of race-related shootings that go without attention given, and one where it's white-on-white ... not sure how that is racist.
