He’s right. I wouldn’t put all blacks in the category and I would put trashy whites in the category, but that point is valid.
The difference is, just because it’s their culture, doesn’t make it right.

If a group heavily embraces that part of the culture and makes it their own, they own it.

No, allowing crime is entirely a choice. I learned it from El Salvador. Crime is not an inevitable aspect of living in an urban area. And you can say what you want about the “bad” areas in America but they’re nowhere near as bad as El Salvador was before.
It’s 100% possible to eliminate crime. The question is if we have the moral courage to do it.

The VAST majority of black people live outside of the US. The number of black people outside of the US shooting up shopping malls is practically non-existent.

Trying to deflect. Problem is that blacks immigrating from the Caribbean and Africa tend to be a lot more successful in society than ones born here.
Hence the focus on the “culture problem” within American blacks.

Perhaps you should revisit the thread title, especially the "Black culture" part with which I originally disagreed by saying that there's no such thing.
If you agree that the culture of Botswana isn't the same as the culture of Atlanta, then we agree that there's no such thing as a "black culture".
