Gotta shut them up so the IG report distraction they are currently using doesn't work anymore. Wonder what the next distraction will be.

I'm OKAY as long as they are deported in a timely manner together as a family.

That's the only solution. Tying up our courts and 'detention facilities' (jails) is wasteful, and looks like we just love to throw people in jail (which we seem to, but we don't have to celebrate it so much).

You're going to get lambasted for not touting the glorious leader's savvy, man.

Trump isn't incompetent. He's just so smart he seems really stupid.

aren't you the guy I embarrassed yesterday? After being shown to be completely ignorant, you still come back and call Trump dumb? Amazing.

Ben didn't even get point #1 right...pretty hard to follow the logic when you start with a fallacy.

Only solution

There is a way to expedite the deportation process to within 24 hours without changing the current laws.

That's what I'm talking about. Unless they are asking for asylum, if they are WOP, just show them the door - with the quickness.

It can happen now. The parents just have to stipulate to being removed. If they do it's immediate. If the parents choose not to stipulate the process of going through all the hearings can take months. It is the parents who were choosing to be continually separated from their kids. If they stipulate they would be reunited within 24 hours.

That's my point, don't give them the choice, unless they are asking for asylum.

I seem to remember Obama doing this at the border, just turning people right around, no hearing, nothing, just out. Republicans cried that those don't count as "deportations".

I'm all for that...but that requires ignoring removal proceedings. Congress would need to change that. If Obama was doing that he was usurping congress' power.

Executive Order will be brought before a circuit court judge (9th?) where the court will say no can do executive branch this is your's and legislative's problem. Fix it yourselves.

Children are a tool and a prop for the Progs to fling crap at conservatives, maintain power and knock down national borders permanently. The don't care about them for any other reason. How can they pretend to care about immigrant families when their policies for 60 years have been destructive to American families of all races. I'm beginning to hate these evil people.

That's the problem though, there are SO many people sneaking into the country and they are entitled to a hearing that our immigration judges have a six month backlog MINIMUM. This is why we are turning people away from actual ports of entry, because we have no space for them in the system.

No one who sneaks into this country should have access to the system, it should be a simple you are sent back to the country you sneaked in from, meaning Mexico. tough shite if Mexico doesn't like it , they can build a wall on their northern border to keep ICE from deporting illegals back to Mexico.

They're almost all asking for asylum. The instability in central America seems to be the main cause of the migration increase no?

Then they are going about it all wrong. If they would simply go to a port of entry and ask for asylum to process is completely different. Were you not aware of that? Color me surprised.

Meh. You were ignorant to how it works. It's ok. Most are. I am not some super intellectual by any means. I have represented individuals facing removal several times...pro bono. I am at least slightly aware of the process. Clearly you aren't. I just find it amusing when someone completely ignorant opines arrogantly. It's awesome.
