Gonna be a lot of small businesses relicensing from "him" to "her".
I worked for a guy who did this for 2 reasons back in the '90's: A) He was in default on govt debt and B) minority business benefits.
He titled the business in wife's name, she was on BOD, he ran the company, was CEO, he called all the shots, made all the decisions. Think I saw her maybe 2x in 3 years I was there. Him I saw daily.
With the company in her name they could bid on govt. contracts as well as get discounts/preferences on govt projects/bids.
