I should have said worst president in our lifetime since no one was alive to see the other two presidents who rank worse than Trump. Carter ranks 19 spots higher, and Biden 24 spots higher!

Democrat and republicans have spot on ballots but names are not official until convention..... DNC convention (now roll call "vote" before convention) is when ticket is official.
So Biden's name was note officially on ballots yet to be removed....yes he had the majority of delegates but was not officially selected at the convention....
